All of our items go through a rigorous inspection process when they arrive from our factories and prior to shipping out. But if in the rare occurrence you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and description of the damage. Please also include any photos you've taken to document the damage or defect. We'll make sure to take care of the issue right away!
