How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?Updated 2 years ago

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, you can return it in accordance with Connected Apparel’s return policy. You can return your item(s) through our returns portal at returns.connectedapparel.com. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. 

Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. When you make a return, your refund will be applied to the payment method you provided, so you will still be responsible for any remaining balance you have with Afterpay, since they made the initial full payment on your purchase.
