How do I make an exchange?Updated a year ago

For US customers, start an exchange by clicking here. Unfortuantely, we are not able to facilitate exchanges for international orders. Please follow the return instructions and place a new order.

1. Select the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason(s) you are exchanging them.

2. If you simply want a different size, choose the size you’d like to exchange your item(s) for. If you want to exchange for a different item, click “exchange across catalog” and when prompted, select “view entire catalog” to shop for the new item(s) you want.

3. Select "continue" to then select how you would like your prepaid label: either to print at home or to receive a QR code so the shipping carrier can print the label for you. 

4. Submit the exchange, package the items and drop the package at the designated carrier. Once your package begins tracking, your exchange order will be shipped out to you.
