How do I sign up for the connection rewards?

All you have to do is create an account on ConnectedApparel.com. As soon as you've signed up, you can start earning points with each purchase.

I already have a connected apparel account. Do I need to create a new one to join the connection rewards?

Nope! If you already have an account, that means you’ve already started earning points! To see your current points, rewards and benefits, sign into your account here.

I have two separate accounts. How do I merge them?

How do I enter my birth date so I can get birthday points?

Sign into your Connected Apparel account and enter your birthday date through The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of the screen. Click on “Ways to earn” and “Edit Date” next to “Celebrate a birthday” to input your birth date.

How many points do I get per purchase?

Every purchase made on ConnectedApparel.com earns you points. For every $1 you spend (excluding taxes and shipping), you receive 2 points. Make sure that you’re signed into your account before completing your order. Please keep in mind that points ma

Points can take up to 72 hours to process before they're displayed in your account. Sign into your account to check your points status here.

How long are my points valid for?

Can I get two rewards for one transaction?

No, only one Reward can be applied to a transaction at one time.

Can I combine a discount promo code and a reward for one transaction?

No, only one promo code can be applied to an order. That means you will have to choose whether to use a discount promo code that is being offered during a promotion event on ConnectedApparel.com or to use the promo code you’re given to redeem a Rewar

Will I get my reward back if I return my order?
