What are your holiday hours?

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that if you place an order after 2 PM PST on a Friday, your order will not ship until at least the following Monday.

How long will it be before my order ships out during the holidays?

Your order will be shipped out no later than 2 days after we're back at the office! Please reference our holiday hours above for our office closures.

If I place an order on one of the days that your office is closed, when will it ship?

To ensure your order arrives by Christmas, we recommend that you place your order by 12pm PT on December 15.

If you place your order after that and you need your items before the holiday, we encourage you to choose expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping orders placed by December 20 at 2pm PST will arrive by Christmas weekend unless there are delays caused by the shipping carrier, which are out of our control. After that, we will not be shipping orders until we&apos;re back from Christmas break on December 26.&#xA0;&#xA0;<span style="font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Please note that due to the high volume of packages being shipped just before the holidays, there is never a guarantee that items will arrive in the allotted timeframe, but we will do our best to get it to you on time.
